Customer Activity Reminder

An activity reminder window is shown for the responsible user when the planned date and time have been exceeded.

In order for the reminder window to appear you must select Reminder activated for the customer activity. The user must also have configured the setting Customer activities under the Reminder button in the Reminder window.

In the reminder window you will see a list with overdue customer activities. You will find the following information concerning each customer activity: Time, Description, Customer and an option to Remind me later (a so-called "snooze"). The Remind me later check box is checked by default. The reminder will then be displayed again when the user logs on to MONITOR. When changing the date or time for an activity for which a reminder has already been sent, the reminder function will automatically be reactivated. Furthermore, the reminder window will open (in case it is closed) when changes like these are made.

By using the button to the far right, you can directly link to the customer in the Customer Info procedure. In the Customer Info you will find a lot of information about the customer. In that procedure you can also go through your customer activities.

By using the Load again button in the Window functions or by using Load again under File in the Window menu, you can re-load the remaining overdue customer activities. This is useful as you go through the customer activity list in the Customer Info procedure.
