Here you can enter or select the fax number to which the quote should be sent. You can register several fax numbers per customer. By default, the fax number is taken from the first fax number row registered on the customer.
The fax number is also used with fax integration when printing directly to a fax program. The fax programs that are supported by the system can be selected by using the setting Fax program for direct fax during form printout?, under Fax / E-mail under the System tab in the Settings procedure.
The Fax Integration is a supplement to MONITOR which must be purchased separately. When you print a quote, the system automatically sends the selected fax number to the fax program, which then automatically sends the fax directly to that fax number.
