Preliminary Selection

1. Enter a quote interval in the left portion of the window.
2. Click the Preliminary selection button in the Window functions. The right portion of the window now shows which quotes will be printed. To return to the Search Form, click the Less <<< button.
3. You can now de-select certain quotes that you do not want to print, by unchecking their check box. You can also preview a quote on your screen.
4. Click the Print button under the Window functions.
5. A form check is always made after printout. The quote that has been printed out will appear in the right portion of the window, and you can now approve the printouts.
