Type of Form

Here you can select the type of form you want to use for printout. There are two forms:

• Quote - The standard quote form used to print to printers.

• Fax - This quote form has two functions, see below. As standard the form type E-mail (also used for fax) only makes it possible to print one quote number at a time to a fax machine, but if you have installed the Fax integration supplement you can print a quote number interval in the same way as when the form type Quote has been selected.

Conditions for Printing a Quote Number Interval to Fax

1. To be able to enter a quote number interval for the form type Fax, you must select a fax program in the setting Fax program for direct fax during form printout?, under the heading Fax / E-mail that you will find under the System tab in the Settings procedure.
2. The fax program must also be installed on the computer that you print from.
3. The correct fax number must have been entered in the Fax number field in the quote header. The fax number can be loaded into the fax number field in the quote header via the selected fax number on the customer references.
