List Types
Under List types you choose between different list types. The different list types display different information about the customer orders. The available list alternatives are:
- Rows - This list type shows all the order rows including Part number, Name, Quantity, Price each, Amount, Order number, Customer code and Seller, classified and totaled according to the selections made in the Create tab. Classification by Order number provides the most detailed information including Delivered quantity, Rest quantity and Delivery period.
- Total / week - This list type only shows the total Quantity and Amount for all the orders, classified and totaled per week according to the selections made in the Create tab. However, you cannot classify this list by Order number.
- Total / Month - Just like Total / Week, except that it is a total per month.
- Total / Quarter - Just like Total / Week, except that it is a total per quarter.
- Only total - This list type only shows the total Quantity and Amount, classified and totaled according to the selections made in the Create tab.
