Delivery Address

The customer's delivery address is loaded from the customer register, but can be temporarily modified for a particular order. The delivery address contains several rows: 1 row for the customer's name, 2 rows for the street/box address, 2 rows for the zip and city and 1 row for the country. All the registered rows are printed on the delivery notes. The delivery address information for a customer order is loaded from the address register, in this case, the latest delivery address used by that user is loaded. The first time the system always loads the active (current) delivery address for the customer.

Further down you can enter the Dock, Storeroom and Dock name. The information in these fields is extra info that will be printed on waybills.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

You can change the delivery address for a certain customer order by selecting a delivery address from the address register.

Use the button to load a delivery address. You can select any delivery address that has been registered for the company, customers and suppliers. If you select Supplier, a field will appear for the supplier code. If you select Company, you will see the delivery addresses registered for the company. You can select any delivery address that has been registered for the respective company, customer or supplier. You select the address in the left part of the window using the keys or by clicking in the box in question.

By using the Find button, you can search for any optional text in the address. By entering a search word, the addresses containing the specific word will be filtered out.

The delivery address heading in the registration window shows (in parenthesis) how many delivery addresses you can choose from for this company, if you use the "Multiple delivery address" button.

The heading indicates that there is only one delivery address.

By using the button you can link to Google Maps in order to see the customer's address on a map.
