If you use the supplement Warehouse per Order Row you can see from which warehouse an order row shall be delivered. The warehouse to which the order belongs is selected by default.
In the Default warehouse field, under the Sales tab in the Update Part - Sales and Update Part - Inventory procedures, you can enter the warehouse that shall be selected by default for the part on a new order row.
If the user belongs to a user rights group with Extended warehouse management in this procedure, he can change warehouse on the order row. Extended warehouse management is set in the User Rights procedure in the Global Settings module.
If there are order rows that belong to a warehouse different from the one of the order, a message appears under the Main tab.
If there are different warehouses on the order rows in a customer order, one invoice basis per warehouse will be created which means that several invoices will be created from the customer order. If you select the alternative Comprehensive invoice under the Main tab only one invoice basis and one invoice will be created for such an order.
If you create manufacturing orders/suggestions from customer orders, you must ensure that the user who is registering the customer order has sufficient user rights of warehouses included in the order rows.
