In this mode you can choose to enter or select individual orders that you want to print. You can also add more rows using Tab or Enter. In this mode, it does not matter what was entered in the From and To fields in the left portion of the window. This is an example of Method 2 - "Selecting individual orders". To return to the left portion, just click the Less <<< button.
In the More mode you can also click Preview in the Window functions or double-click on the order number to preview the printout on your screen. See samples of the different list types under printout samples.
