Here you will find a printout sample of the list in the Resource Planning procedure.
The list is classified by Service technician and sorted by Planned start time. In the list you will see Service technician (employee number), Service order number, Customer, Serial number, Time used, Planned start time, Planned finish time, Several (if several technicians have been selected), Status and Service type.
In the list you can change Time used, Planned start time and Planned finish time.
For each service technician you will find a total of the time used for the service orders. At the bottom of the list you will find a total of the time used for all technicians as well as lag in hours.
In the Info menu, when right clicking, you will find alternatives in the list used to link to other procedures.
