In the Standard list, which is the most detailed list, you can see the following information per seller and month: Amount, CM and CR for the seller. You will also see - for each seller - the total per year and a total Amount and total CM.

At the bottom of the list you will see a total for the entire list. The Amount and CM columns show a total per column. The CR, however, shows - per row - the CM portion as a percentage of the invoice amount.

This list shows the same information as the Standard list, with the additions of the columns Budget and %. The budget shows the budgeted amount for the period. The Percent column shows the relationship between the budget and the result.

In the Only total / year list, each row shows information per seller and year: Amount, the Contribution Margin (CM) and a calculated Contribution Ratio (CR) for that year. And at the bottom of the list you see the total Amount and total CM, as well as the total calculated CR for the seller.

In the Only total list, each row shows the following information per seller: Amount, Contribution Margin (CM) and the Contribution Ratio (CR). This list does not show any information per month or year.

• District is the geographical area that the seller is responsible for. This is registered on the seller.
• Budget is the budgeted amount for the period.
• Amount means the total amount invoiced by this seller (i.e. both sold parts, additional order rows and sold services). This is shown in the list as a total per column.
• % means a percentage of the result (amount) in relation to the budget amount.
• CM is the contribution margin. The CM is calculated here as the seller’s invoicing minus the overhead the seller has for these sales. A seller's CM can indicate how profitable the seller is. If all your overhead costs are included in the standard price of sold parts and services, the CM represents your profit. However, if only a portion of your overhead is included in the standard price, the seller's CM should be considered as a contribution to the overhead plus any profit, if applicable. The CM is shown in the list as a total per column.
• CR % is the contribution ratio in percent. The CR is shown here as the CM portion as a percentage of the total invoicing by this seller.
