General Information about Seller Statistics

You will find a general description of Managing Lists in the System in the chapter MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics.

What Does This Procedure Do?

Here you can print sales statistics for each seller (salesman). A seller can sell both parts and services. This represents total sales statistics including the row types 1 (Part), 2 (Addl. order row) and 3 (Services).

Under the Create tab you classify and select the list. You can select several list types containing different information for each list type. You can also select if you want to show the sellers' budget in the list, as a comparison to the sales statistics. The different list types are described under Printout Samples.

The information is then determined by the different selection options you choose. You can also load sales statistics per District, which can include several sellers. When selecting a certain range of parts per seller, you can also use the procedure Invoicing Log.

What are Sales Statistics?

In MONITOR, sales statistics are created in the Invoicing Log during invoicing. All the sales statistics are then calculated from the same log.

The equivalent purchase statistics can be created either during arrival reporting, or in the Accounts Payable ledger when you link arrived orders to a supplier invoice (this is determined by a system setting).

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

There are no update options in this procedure, as the information is basically just a statistics printout.

Can Any Charts Be Displayed?

The list type Only total can be presented in chart form.
