The General tab contains all the general information about a service.
The terms Product group and VAT code are mandatory selections for a service. You can also enter Unit and Service category. You will also find the selections Print quantity, Update statistics and Update intrastat. For the Update EC sales list you can select one of the alternatives No, Yes as service or Yes as goods.
It is possible to enter an Additional name, Standard price and Alias for BI. Under this tab you can block a service from order management.
The tab contains certain buttons. One button is used to translate the part name and additional name. Another button is used to enter an internal comment regarding the service. You will also find the buttons Sales price log and Standard price log.
Under Sales prices you can enter sales prices for a service in the form of price lists.
At the very bottom of the tab, under Service... you can see information about who created the service and when; as well as who modified the service and when.
