Advice Type

Here you select which dispatch advice type that will be printed and advised. You can also select whether or not it is a re-advice that will be made. Each selection is described below. You can find further information regarding the different alternatives under Printout samples.

Goods Info to Goods Receiver

If you wish to advise the goods info to the goods receiver, you check this selection. This selection activates the Goods info tab.

Shipment Info to Shipping Agent

If you wish to advise the shipment info to the shipping agent, you check this selection. This selection activates the Shipment info tab. Advising to Schenker with Apport/WebTA supports Top (International) and Top10 (Domestic).

When advising international transports, information about PICKUP and DELIVERY addresses is included in the EDI-file to Apport.

Advising of DHL shipments via Fradok is now classified based on Sender and Receiver ID. This makes it possible for DHL to group the shipments so that cased shipments can be performed.

Customs Info for Export

This is a Supplement to MONITOR. This selection activates the Customs info tab. Under this tab you can export customs data to a file which can be loaded to a customs data system (external software).

A message is shown for all advice types when the advising is completed. The message changes from one advice type to another. Always show this message is selected by default, but it can be deselected.
