When you use the list types Pick list, and Clearance list with the check box Print pick list selected, you can also select how the pick list should be sorted. The available alternatives are:
Sort by Order
A pick list is printed that is sorted by order number. This alternative can be used when you want to print one pick list for several orders and when picking should be done order by order.
Sort by Location
A pick list is printed that is sorted by location. This alternative is more practical for the warehouse or stock personnel, if there are many parts to be picked and they are stored in different locations.
Print by Order
A separate pick list is printed for each order number. This alternative can be used when you want to print the pick list and send it along with the goods as a delivery note.
