Below you will see a few examples of the different list types that can be loaded and printed in this procedure.
Standard
The Standard list is used to update the Status and Date and to perform goods searching of shipments. The list in the example has been classified by Shipment number and it displays (per shipment number); the button for Goods searching, Status, Date (when the shipment registration was made), Payer, Packages, Gross Weight, Destination and Shipping Agent.

Package Info
Apart from showing the same information as the Standard list, the Package info list also shows information about the package rows, such as Package number, Package ID, Package type, Goods name, number of Packages, Gross weight and Goods label.

Source of Info
The Source of Info list shows the same information as the Standard list, as well as which sources of information that are linked to the shipment number.

Receipt
The list type called Receipt is used to print receipt lists for the shipments that will be sent with the shipping agent. This list contains a space at the bottom, where the driver can acknowledge receipt for all the shipments by entering the date and shipping agent.

Shipment List
The Shipment list should be used for DHL and DSV Roads shipping documents. A shipment list should be printed for all shipments per day. The shipping agents use this list to register the shipments in their system.
Compared to the Receipt list, this list also shows information about cash on delivery and the GAN/Customer number.

Warehouse
The Warehouse list displays the same info as the Standard list, but instead of Bundle number you will see the Warehouse. This list is only available if you have the supplement function Warehouse Management installed.
