List Types
Under List types you select if you want to print a Pick list or if you want to make a Delivery reporting. The selection of list type governs which tabs that will be displayed according to the following. The available list types are:
- Pick List
- Delivery Reporting
When using the Pick list, the following lists and tabs are available:
- Pick List - The pick list is used when picking the parts that are going to be delivered. The pick lists shows information such as the stock location. The pick list also contains a column where the person who performed the picking can check off, initial or sign each pick.
- Clearance - All - Displays the rows of the selected orders with parts having an available balance larger than the order row's booked rest quantity. If the option "Only shortage parts" is checked, the list will only display parts that are lacking an available balance. The latter choice can be used in combination with shortage analysis.
- Cause of Shortage - Displays a list of the manufacturing or purchase orders that are ordered but not yet arrival reported. The parts displayed are however needed to cover the shortage of the parts that do not have enough available balance.
- Warnings - Displays an explanation in text format to the information that might appear in the pick list as the result of certain logical checks that are performed when creating the pick list.
- Preview - This tab is activated when printing.
When using the Delivery reporting, the following tabs are available:
- Delivery Reporting - Used to report the rows that are to be delivered. In the list you can for example see location, quantity to deliver and delivery date.
- Delivery Note - When saving the delivery reporting, this tab becomes activated. Here you can print delivery notes (delivered) for the reported rows.
- Transport Label - When saving the delivery reporting, this tab is activated, here you can print transport labels for the reported rows.
- Warnings - Displays an explanation in text format of the information that might appear in the delivery reporting tab as the result of certain logical checks that are performed when creating the delivery list.
