The Extra Information Tab - Trans.
Under the Transport tab you can verify and add/modify certain transport information regarding the shipment. Certain info that is already present in the fields has been loaded from the basic data and from the Company Info procedure.
Pre-transport
If a pre-transport will be made you should check this box. You can then enter information corresponding to the info under Main transport.
Main transport
- Transport mode - here you can select the transport mode that will be used. Select from the predefined alternatives.
- Carrier code - the carrier code is the shipping agent that has been selected for the shipment regarding the main transport. If you have entered a pre-transport or post-transport, it is possible to here enter another shipping agent for this transport.
- Carrier name - here you can see the shipping agent's name.
- Transport mode ID - here you can enter a transport mode ID.
- Transport mode nation - here you can enter a country code for the transport mode.
- Pl. of dispatch - here you can enter the place of dispatch. By default the place of dispatch in the Company Info procedure is displayed.
- Pl. of dispatch zip - here you can enter the place of dispatch's zip code. By default the place of dispatch zip under the Extra info button in the Company Info procedure is displayed, otherwise the zip code is loaded form the mailing address in this procedure.
- Dispatch country - here you can enter the dispatch country.
- Destination - here you can enter the destination.
- Destination zip code - here you can enter the zip code of the destination.
- Destination country - here you can enter the destination country.
- Reloading in - here you can enter where the reloading will take place, if any reloading should be performed.
Post-transport
If a post-transport is to be made you should check this box. You can then enter information corresponding to the info under Main transport.
