Package Rows

In the middle of the waybill, you must enter each package on rows. You can also enter the package rows under the Pkge heading in the Basic data tab, which will automatically transfer the information to the correct place on the waybill.

Comment: The Package type and Goods type columns overlap on the waybill in the window. This means that if the Package type contains a long text, and you do not enter a Goods type, the entire Goods type column will be used for the Package type text. However, if you enter text under Goods type, the Package type text will be “cut off” where the two columns overlap.

Classify Package Rows

You can classify the package rows by using the Classify pkge rows button and also switch back with the Normal package button. This feature is useful when you have many package rows. The rows are classified by package type, goods type and the unit for freight calculation mass or volume. Weight, volume, loading meters and quantity is added together. Goods labeling and goods number are not displayed at the classification. When the rows are classified you cannot edit them.
