List Types

In the lower part of the window under the heading List types you can choose from different lists that display different information concerning the suppliers.

• Comments
• Block/Notify
• Exception Accounts
• International Payments
• Shipping
• GAN/Customer Number
• Extra Info
• Attach XML File
• Receiving Inspection - Interval

Under printout samples, you can see samples of the different list types as well as comments regarding each list type.

Under the heading Alternatives you can decide whether or not you want to include blocked suppliers (the default selection is to include them).
