Here you can enter or select the fax number to which the order should be sent. You can register several fax numbers per supplier. By default, the fax number is taken from the first fax number row registered on the supplier. There is a form setting called Print fax number that can be set for the Purchase order form in the Form Settings procedure. If that parameter is set, the fax number will be printed above the purchase order rows in the left portion of the purchase order.
The fax number can also be used via fax integration to create a fax printout using a fax program, which can be selected with the setting Fax program for direct fax during form printout? under the section Fax / E-mail under the System tab in the Settings. When you print a purchase order, the system automatically sends the selected fax number to the fax program, which then automatically sends the fax directly to that fax number. This fax integration is a Supplement to MONITOR called Fax Integration which must be purchased separately.
