By using the setting Show Extra Form Tabs in the Register Purchase Order, under the section Orders / Inquiries under the Purchase tab in the Settings tab, you can select to preview the form Order confirmation. The tab is activated when you have saved a new order for the first time. This tab is the same as the Preview window in the Print Purchase Order procedure.
At the bottom of the window you can select Fax if you want to send the form using a fax program, you can also enter the number of copies to print.
