Enter the order number (max 10 characters), or leave this field empty for automatic numbering. You can use both digits and letters. If you enter an existing order number, that purchase order will be loaded onto your screen for editing.
A small icon will then become visible to the right of the order number field, showing that this is an existing purchase order. If you are using prefix for order numbers, read more about how to Save Purchase Orders with Order Number Prefixes.

In this mode, you can either modify or delete an existing purchase order. Use the PopUp feature to search the order register.
