Here you can select the part's revision for the order row. The current (active) revision appears by default. For parts with status New revision, a row type 4 can be inserted automatically informing the supplier that a new revision now applies. This is determined by the setting Show revision comment on P-order when the part status is 5 under Part status under the System tab in the Settings procedure.
