This chapter will for example describe how to configure the database server and client. It also contains some tips and suggestions of different settings that you can configure, for example to enhance the performance of your MONITOR system. Most of the tips and suggestions mentioned in this chapter mainly target those who use MONITOR in a network environment.
There is also a description of the program called MONITOR ODBC Data Sources which you can use in order to easily create data sources, for example to load data from MONITOR's database to Excel.
