When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears In the upper portion of the tab you select the range of part for which you want to calculate mean price.
Further down, under Alternatives, you can select from which purchase date you want to calculate, you can also select a minimum of purchases made for the part. You can also enter a maximum of purchases made on which you want to base the calculation.
You can select whether or not the calculated mean price should be weighted to each purchased quantity. You can also decide how many decimals you want to use for the result in the list. It is also possible to Include setup price in the calculation.
In cases when the mean price is missing, other price alternatives can be used. Under Priority if price is missing, you enter the price alternatives you want to use and the order of priority for these. If you choose Supplier price, you can also select Discounted price.
Under Part types you choose which part types you want to include. Purchased parts are selected by default.
Under Printout samples you will find samples and explanations of the values in the list.
