Printout Samples

Here you can see different printout samples for the list types that you can select under the Create tab, as well as read some comments regarding each list type. The lists in the samples below are classified by Part number. If you select another classification option, the lists will have a different layout than the samples below.

In the total lists when classifying by part and the option to show alternate units, an asterisk (*) shows which parts that have got an alternate unit. Those parts without an asterisk are still displayed in the standard unit.

ClosedLog

The Log list shows the following for the selected parts: Date and time of balance change, the user that reported the change, on which location, in which procedure the reporting was performed, if the balance change is linked to an order, which balance change has been reported, and the current balance. Here you can also see the revision, batch number and project number. The current Price at Arrival reporting is also displayed in the list. The purpose of displaying that price is to show the basis for calculation of the FIFO price. The asterisk (*) to the right of the arrival price means that the transaction is valued at standard price for the FIFO calculation.

This list includes all transactions.

This list does not include all transactions. It only includes arrival and consumption quantities. No physical inventory transactions, negative arrivals or negative consumption quantities are included.

Sample of an Only total list.

If you select Value in the Show section, this list will show the arrived and consumed goods in both quantity and money. The Value list can be based on several price alternatives, for example Standard price or Share of material excl. SO (MC). This list gives you the opportunity to view financial information regarding your company's stock movements.

If you choose to classify by Part number and select the list type Only total you can select to show the weight for both arrived and consumed quantity. This is done to make it easier to for example perform REPA reporting which is based on consumption of packaging and its weights. A total of the weights is also displayed.
