Under Budget, you can enter a budget for a year as an annual (yearly) value, or distributed per month in a budget chart. You can also manually enter a value for each period.
Please Note! When you Save, all annual budgets for the part that have been loaded to the window will be saved.
Year
The current year appears by default, but can be changed. This means that you can create next year's budget in advance. You can also select previous years.
Budget Chart
Select a budget chart according to which the entered year total will be distributed among all periods. All budget charts must be registered in the Register Budget Chart procedure in Global Settings.
Annual Budget
Here you enter the year total. The budget will then be distributed according to the selected budget chart among all periods in the table. You can manually change the distribution in the table.
Current Pace
If you have selected a budget chart for the part, you can here see and manually update the annual budget current pace. In the Prepare Annual Budget, procedure a value is calculated, which can be saved to Current pace.
Price Alternatives
Enter which price list should be used.
Price
Here you enter the price each according to the selected price list, but it can be changed.
Amount
This shows the total amount (quantity x price each).
Period
Here you can see all the periods of the budget year. The current period is selected or highlighted.
Quantity
In this column the budget values will automatically be distributed among all the periods according to the selected budget chart. You can manually change the period budgets here.
Amount
This column shows the period budgets converted into amounts. This is an information field that cannot be modified.
