In the upper portion of the Create tab you classify and select the range of parts you want to create a Refill List for.
In the lower portion you can enter default parameters to generate manufacturing orders. Under Filter/sort you select which stock levels should create refill signals and prioritize parts. You can select the option "Enough material for", to show for how many parts there is sufficient material. You can select which part types you want to include, stocked parts are selected by default.
