The Own tab is active when the CDT is opened from the Procedure menu. In this table, you add rows containing the part(s) that you would like to simulate.
You can add a heading row before the part row. The first row is always a heading row. You can enter a name on the heading row that describes the simulation.
On the part rows you might have to choose a configuration if a configurable part has been entered in the part number field. Otherwise you just enter quantity, period and valid thru (if any) for the simulation. You can choose to include existing simulations when starting a new run. New part rows are included by default.
After the run is made, you will see a CDT number at the far right on the part row. This is a reference number that you can see, for example, under the Order Window tab in the Part Info procedure.
Please Note! Each row that you want to include in the run, must be selected under Include.
