The Arrival Tab

The Arrival tab is used to make unplanned material returns (arrivals) to stock, that are not related to a particular order or project.

The window consists of a table where you select a part number per row of which you want to report arrivals. In the Location field you can enter the stock location where the returns will be reported. If you use references, this should be entered in the Reference field. In the Arrival field you enter the quantity to report in. You can enter a description of the arrival under the C column.

You automatically save an arrival for a part when you tab to the next row using Tab or Enter. The actual saving takes place for the current part when you switch rows.

At the bottom of the window, you will see a total quantity for all the arrivals.
