The Create tab opens when you open this procedure. This is where you classify and select nonconformities using different alternatives, in order to show the costs of poor quality in different ways in the list.
Further down in the window, you select list type and the basic types that you want to include in the list. You can choose the alternatives Total per cost type and Detailed costs per nonconformity number. When classifying by nonconformity number you can also choose to show external and internal comments.
