You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.
What Does This Procedure Do?
Under the Create tab, you can load lists over the Cost of Poor Quality caused by nonconformities that were registered in the Register Nonconformity procedure. There are a number of different classification / selection alternatives that allow you to see the cost of poor quality for certain classifications in different ways.
Under printout samples you can see samples of the list types, including explanations.
A nonconformity must have Status "Finished" to be included in the list according to the default values, however you can select another status in the classification / selection section. The "Finished" status is configured once all the activities for the nonconformity have been reported with the Status "Finished" and "Historical". A nonconformity must have costs registered, in order for them to be included here as costs. Costs can also be shown in detail. By default, they are shown as a total per nonconformity. The costs can also be shown as a total per cost type at the bottom of the list.
In the Register Nonconformity procedure you can select the option to "charge" costs for a nonconformity. This means that these costs will not be calculated as costs here. However, the costs will be shown here in italic font, if you choose to display detailed costs, but will not be added to the total amount.
What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?
There are no update options in this list.
Can Any Charts Be Displayed?
If you select one of the list types Total / week, Total / month or Only total, you can see the Cost of Poor Quality costs in chart form. This list type exists for all the classification options, except when classifying by nonconformity number.
