When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. Here you select the deliveries and reported nonconformities to compare and measure your delivery performance. You can also choose to classify the list by different alternatives.
Under List type you can choose to create a total list to measure delivery performance, or delivery log or nonconformity log lists.
Under Totals, which only appears if you select a Total list, you can choose which interval you want to show totals for.
