The Total list is used to compare the delivered volume with the nonconformity volume. This list shows the volume both as a quantity and a value, and a comparative percentage value that shows the portion or % share that the nonconformity volume represents out of the total delivered volume. This percentage value is used to measure delivery performance to customer.
