When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. Here you select the arrivals and nonconformities to compare and measure your delivery performance. You can also choose to classify the list by different selection alternatives. The information that can be registered depends on which list you have selected under the "List" options.
Under List you can choose whether to measure delivery performance on purchased goods (regular purchase orders) or on rejected parts from subcontracts.
Under List types you can choose to create a total list to measure delivery performance, or arrival log or nonconformity log lists.
Under Totals, which only appears if you select a Total list, you can choose which interval you want to show totals for.
