The Print check box is used if the activity and comment (if any) should be printed. This is printed on the documents "Claim Report" (for supplier nonconformity) and "Confirmation" (for customer nonconformity). The activities and comments are not printed on the "Response" document. All activities and comments are printed on the "Nonconformity report".
