Enter the current fixed asset as well as date, price and why it is being disposed of. When the object in question has been entered you will see its name. If you load an already sold object, you can undo the sale by using the button Undo sale, provided that no depreciation has been made of the object after the sale.
In the lower part of the window further information is displayed concerning the object such as cost center, cost unit, project, serial number and where it is situated etc. By using the button Comment you can enter own comments for the sale or retirement.
