Select the data that is to be copied. One or more of the following selections can be made:
Account
Enter an account interval from which you wish to copy. If these fields are left empty, data from all accounts containing any selected data will be copied.
Cost Center
Enter a cost center interval from which you wish to copy. Enter the code for the cost center, not the name. If this field is left empty, data is created for all cost centers, including the data at account level only.
Cost Unit
Enter a cost unit interval from which you wish to copy. Enter the code for the cost unit, not the name. If this field is left empty, data is created for all cost units, including the data that is not registered at cost unit level.
Period
Enter whether or not a selection of periods is to be copied. Enter the selection in period numbers. In order to see the applicable period numbers you can use the Period Management procedure. If these fields are left empty, the entire accounting year will be copied.
