Enter the budget responsible (initials) or use the PopUp function to load the name from the list. The names have to be registered under the References tab in the Company Info procedure in the Global Settings module. The field can also be left empty.
The next time the user opens the procedure and enters the budget responsible, the system remembers the selection settings as they were when it was last used by the budget responsible. Budget responsible is also used as a selection term when printing a budget, that is, the person responsible for the budget can only print his/her budgets by entering their name as budget responsible. Only the budget responsible can change or delete his/her unique budgets.
