To the right of the chart of accounts, a table of budget values is shown for the account, cost center or cost unit you selected in the chart of accounts. The budget values are updated by the budget figures entered in the Budget Info dialog box. The following settings exist in this table; Period, Value, Quantity, Responsible, Last, By and Chart.
At the bottom of the table, you will see a total of the budget values and quantities. The table is not displayed until you have entered any budget values.
