Here you will see a printout sample of the list. In this list you can manually update the columns Status, Comment, Reported time, Cost type and By.
When the status is set to 3 (Finished) the columns By and Finish date will be filled in automatically. The logged-on user will be written in the By field and Finish date will be today's date. To the far right in the list you can see the Last reporting date. By using the Info menu (right-clicking) it is easy to link to a number of procedures.
