Here you can register or delete project types.
The project type lets you know which kind of project it is. The project type determines which default activities and costs that will be loaded to the project when it is created. These default settings are configured under the Default values tab. Here you also enter the person responsible and project mark-up. Project type is also used partly as a classification and selection term in a number of lists. And partly is also affects how certain costs are calculated.
Example of project types can for example be development projects, manufacturing projects and fixed asset projects.
