Costs

The default cost types are loaded from the default values entered for the project type in the Register Basic Data (Project) procedure. You can add more cost types, if needed. Cost types that are not mandatory can be deleted. You can enter a budgeted cost for all cost types.

The checkbox Print determines if the cost shall be included in the project report. Use the C button in order to enter a comment, for example how the budget value has been calculated.

For all cost types, except for Material and Subcontracting, you can enter a budgeted time consumption in hours. This can later be compared with the actual time consumption under the tab Time check as well as in the Project Summary procedure.
