List Settings

List Types

Under List types you select one of the different list types that determine how the information will be presented. The available list types are:

• Standard - a list with several update options is displayed.
• By Column - a compact list containing 3 columns per page is displayed.
• By Heading - a list sorted by the headings is displayed.
• Comments - a list where comments to the accounts are displayed.

• Translation - in this list you can translate the account names.
• Account Profiles - created account profiles with cost units and cost centers are displayed in this list.
• Account Profiles Search - in this list you can see the account profiles' rights to perform coding on certain cost units and/or cost centers.
• Block/Notify - a list where you can block accounts and specify reasons for it or configure messages for accounts.

Here you can choose to include Blocked accounts in the list. The alternative does not exist for the list type Block/Notify.

Here you can choose to include Only used accounts in the list. If you choose this alternative, the list will only include accounts that are being used, that is, accounts that have or have had balances. The alternative does not exist for the list types Comments and Account profiles.

If you have selected the list type Translation, you can also select to which Language you want to translate the account names. The translated names are then entered in a separate column in the list to the right.
