In the Form Additional Text procedure you can add tags to the additional text on the forms. The tags are used as variables of information entered on each reference. One tag is <sig_large> that is used for large signature image.
In this field you can for the reference enter a path to a large signature image. By using the button to the right of the field, you can browse to find the folder in which the signature images are saved. The folder must then be accessible for the user who prints forms including signature images, otherwise the signature image will not be included in the forms. The signature image will be four text rows high on the form.
The signature image can for example be a scanned handwritten signature. The image format must be one of the following; BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, or WMF. (Crystal Reports forms do not support GIF. The standard forms do not support PNG.)
The width/height of the signature image must be in the ratio of 6 to 1 and we recommend a resolution of 1200x200 pixels.
