Note in part log when e-mailing from Part activities?
If you check this setting a part log is automatically created where you have the opportunity to make notes in the Activities/contacts log for the current part when e-mail is sent by using the e-mail button for an activity under the Activities tab in the Update Part or Part Info procedures.
Use Outlook integration when e-mailing from Part activities
Here you can select if Outlook shall be used during integration of e-mail from the Update Part (in the Purchase, Sales and Inventory modules) and the Part Info procedures. The following alternatives are available:
