Automatic overtime question for recording outside schedule?
Here you decide whether or not an overtime question should appear automatically when clock-in/clock-out takes place outside of the regular working hours according to the work schedule. The time limits for how far beyond the working hours this question should be asked should be entered in the settings that follow, that is Time before/after schedule for overtime question (hours).
Time before schedule for overtime question (hours)
Enter how many hours before the schedule start that clock-in must take place before the overtime question appears.
Enter the same time as the value for overtime limits and/or overtime round-off for employees.
Time after schedule for overtime question (hours)
Enter how many hours after the schedule start that clock-out must take place before the overtime question appears.
Enter the same time as the value for overtime limits and/or overtime round-off for employees.
Allow absence recording in negative flex zones?
This setting provides the opportunity to select absence when clocking-in within the negative flex zone. This applies for both clock-in and clock-out. It is also possible to adjust absence within the flex zone in the Authorize / Adjust Recording procedure.

Here you can set a time that will be suggested by default in the window that appears when an employee has forgot to clock-out the day before. The following alternatives are available:
Add round-off overtime within flex interval to flex balance
This setting makes it possible to add rounded-off overtime to the flex balance and only applies if the round-off takes place in a flex zone. This can be useful if you round-off the overtime, for example to even half-hours, at the same time as you allow overtime recording within the flex zone.

This setting makes it possible to determine to which time bank the earned flex time should be saved. The default time bank is Flex. The following time banks are available:
