The Customer Activity Tab

In the table under this tab you can register default customer activities, with a code and a name. These activities will then become selectable under the CRM tab in the Update Customer and Customer Info procedures as well as under the Activities tab in the Register Quote, Register Customer Order and Register Blanket Order - Sales procedures in the Sales module.

You can also register customer activities with new codes and names in the above mentioned procedures. However, these will then not be included in this table.

The activities that have been registered here can also be selected in the activity lists under the Activity templates tab.
