In the toolbar there is a function which enables you to add a stamp to the invoice. This stamp works as an annotation note, similar to a "post-it", with a finished message that you want to add on the invoice.
Update Stamp
A number of standard stamps are included in the system, but it is also possible to create your own stamps all according to your own needs. The stamps can either be used by all users in the company or it can be intended to be used by a certain user or a group of users. You update stamps in the Update Stamp procedure in the Global Settings.

At the top of the window you enter a Number and a Name for the stamp. The stamps with numbers 1 to 7 are standard stamps that are included at the delivery of the supplement.
In the Text area you enter the text that should be the result when the stamp is used. It is possible to enter more than one row. Use the command CTRL+ENTER on your keyboard in order to make a new row. There are codes to use in order to make the stamp show Date, Time and User. These codes are entered in the text area by clicking on the respective buttons below the text box.
By using the Text settings button you can select font, size, text color etc. and with the button Background color you can select the background color for the stamp.
In the box for Users you enter which users in the company that should have access to the stamp in question. When a new stamp is created you must first click on Save before you can access to select the users. Click on the button to the far right and select the users.
How to select a stamp
When stamps have been registered they are available for use in the Register Supplier Invoice and Authorize Supplier Invoices procedures and also in the independent supplement program MONITOR Authorize which can be purchased separately. Only the users who are authorized to use a stamp can access it.
You select stamp by clicking on the EIM menu in the MONITOR Window menu, and then you go to Select stamp:

It is always ONE stamp that is active. It is displayed with a check mark before the name of the stamp.
The EIM menu is displayed when the invoice window is active.
How to use a stamp
In order to add a stamp on the invoice you click on the stamp symbol in the toolbar and then place the cursor on the invoice where the stamp should be placed. When you have selected a stamp a green check mark is displayed on the stamp symbol to illustrate that the stamp function is activated. Clink once with your left mouse-button on the invoice in order to add a stamp. The size of the stamp is automatically adjusted to fit the amount and size of the text. By clicking on the stamp function again, the last used stamp is activated automatically and you can add the next stamp just by clicking. If you wish to switch stamp you click on the arrow symbol directly to the right of the stamp. The stamp that was last used is marked in the drop-down menu.

Change background color and text settings
Each user can change background color and text settings in order to personalize the default background color and text settings. This is done via the EIM menu under Annotations.
