Adding Part Rows on Orders or Delivery Notes

If you want to add part rows in an order or a delivery note, you must do so before creating the pick list and printing it out. In other words, you must add these rows in the Import EDI Delivery Schedules or Register Customer Order procedures. You cannot create new part rows directly in the pick list. The only exceptions to this rule are:

• Packaging rows that are "automatically" added to the invoice basis if a there is a balance on the packaging.
• If the packaging should be printed on a comprehensive delivery note. It is printed out per delivery note number/customer.

The packaging list will be re-calculated if the number of parts or number of inner packaging is changed.
You can easily check or modify this by using Edit package in the Info Menu by using the right mouse button.
